Make sure there’s nothing inadvertently excluded and make sure that everything is included that’s important to you. You also want to make sure that the price is in line with the market and that you’re not overpaying. The other thing to do before you submit that offer is to drive around the neighborhood that that piece of property is in and make sure it’s one that you want to live or work in.
